Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was very comfortable, just wishing there was a tea/coffee facility in the room. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of choices. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the basilica. The staff, especially Tony at reception, were very helpful and nice. We will definitely be back. However, in my opinion, it wasn't clean enough.
The hotel is in a prime location, just a 3-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Fatima, making it ideal for pilgrims. The rooms are well-kept, equipped with heaters/AC units, and offer complimentary drinking water, along with clean and modern bathrooms. The service is incredibly customer-focused, with a large comfy lobby and sitting areas that include a bar and chimney. The staff is polite, welcoming, and knowledgeable about local religious activities. The location is outstanding for anyone visiting the holy sites, although a minor issue is the safety sticker in the dark. The dining experience is recommended, especially for seafood lovers, and the facilities are top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and disappointment. The rooms, albeit not up to the standards of a 3/4-star hotel, were surprisingly comfortable and spacious. However, the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were not impressive, leading me to dine elsewhere. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's proximity to the main square was a definite plus.
My stay at the hotel was pretty nice with a few ups and downs. The rooms were decently sized and very clean, but the dirty carpeting and a disgusting shower floor were major turn-offs. The service was a mix of being accommodating from the start but also feeling like we were annoying them at times. The hotel's location right beside the Sanctuary was incredibly convenient, yet being near other people attending events made it feel crowded. The dining experience had excellent food but lacked in quality, quantity over quality. Overall, it was a decent stay but with some improvements needed.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were super large, spotless, and very comfortable, although I missed having a tea/coffee facility in the room. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection. The location is great, just a short walk to the basilica. The staff, especially Tony at reception, were extremely helpful and nice. I will definitely be back!
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were incredibly clean and much bigger and more comfortable than I expected, with a nice chair and footstool, spacious changing area, and a huge closet. The pillows and beds were excellent, providing a really comfortable night's sleep. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating, making sure our needs were met from the start. The location was perfect for exploring the area, within walking distance of all the major sights. The dining experience was lovely, especially the fresh fruit for breakfast. Overall, a fantastic value for money!
The hotel offers clean and bright rooms but falls short of the expected standard for a 3/4-star property. While the staff are helpful and accommodating, the dining experience may not meet your expectations. The location, close to the Fatima Shrine, is convenient and highly recommended.
Staying at this hotel is a mixed experience. The rooms are much bigger and more comfortable, with a nice chair and footstool, but unfortunately, they are very noisy, and you can hear everything happening outside your room. The service is good, with very polite and helpful staff who tried their best to retrieve my airline return booking. The location is excellent for those religiously inclined, offering a huge seating area with a log fire, and it's unbeatable for visiting major sights. The dining experience is excellent, with a super variety of fresh dishes, making it a perfect value for money option.
The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms, great buffet breakfast, fantastic location near the basilica with helpful staff. Just missing coffee/tea facilities in the rooms. Dinner buffet could be improved.
The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The rooms were out of this world - spacious, nicely decorated, and spotlessly clean. The service was top-notch with a very polite and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to the main attractions and feeling safe at all times. The dining options were varied, offering many healthy choices. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
The hotel rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and nicely decorated. Just wished there was a tea/coffee facility in the room. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of choices. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the basilica. The staff, especially Tony at reception, were incredibly helpful and kind. Will definitely be returning.
The hotel offers a very comfortable stay with spacious rooms, a nice buffet breakfast, and a great location near the basilica. The staff, especially Tony, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Just missed having tea/coffee facilities in the room.
The hotel's rooms, though small for the price paid, offer a view of the basilica; it's advisable to skip the dinner and breakfast buffets and dine elsewhere. The service stands out for its friendliness and attentiveness, making for a pleasant stay. Conveniently located for pilgrimage to Fatima, close to the Sanctuary and major sights.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Fatima shrine, offering a calm atmosphere and friendly service. The rooms are clean and bright, though the dining options are somewhat limited. The location is ideal for those visiting the main attractions, but it may be challenging to find nearby grocery stores.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The modern, spacious, and cozy rooms were a pleasant surprise, but both the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet left much to be desired, so I'd recommend dining elsewhere. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff, making my experience truly enjoyable. The location was superb, just a few minutes away from the Sanctuary of Fatima, ensuring convenience and safety. The dining experience was lovely, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a good stay with a few hiccups.
